Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Multiplier CRM! Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service and a seamless user experience. This cancellation policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancelling your Multiplier CRM subscription.
1. Cancellation within the Initial 30 Days
Customers may cancel their subscription within the first 30 days of signing up and be eligible for a full refund. To initiate cancellation, email billing@multiplier.io with “Subscription Cancellation Request” in the subject line, including your full name, account username, and reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation after the Initial 30 Days
All payments made after the initial 30 days are non-refundable. No credits or refunds are provided for partially used subscriptions. Access to Multiplier CRM will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Notice Period and Monthly Payments
Month-to-month subscribers can cancel at any time after the initial 30 days. A written notice of cancellation is required at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date.
4. Cancellation under 12-Month Agreement
Early termination fees are equivalent to two months’ worth of service charges. Written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance. The cancellation request is valid once the early termination fee has been paid in full.
5. Data Retention and Account Reactivation
Upon cancellation, you have a 3-day window to reactivate your account without losing any data. After 3 days, all data will be permanently deleted.
6. Refunds, Unused Features, Credits, and Non-Refundable Fees
Unused features and remaining credits are non-refundable. Fees for telephony usage, text messages, and emails are non-refundable.
7. Account Parking Option
Subscribers may park their account at $40/month (up to 6 months) to save all data. During parking, access is temporarily removed. After 6 months, all functions and billing resume automatically.
8. Downgrading Subscription
Instead of cancelling, subscribers may downgrade to a lower plan. Contact billing@multiplier.io for assistance.
