Only pay for what you use

Unlike traditional software that raises your subscription as you grow, your $97/month covers every feature (including 10,000 emails a month). The costs below apply only when you send messages, make calls or use AI.

Phone numbers A dedicated business number for SMS and calling. Local from $1.15 USD/month, toll-free from $2.15 USD/month.
Inbound calls $0.01165 USD per minute, answered via web or mobile app.
Outbound calls $0.0166 USD per minute.
SMS text messages $0.00747 USD per segment for US and Canada numbers. Australian and international rates vary by country, contact us for current local rates.
Emails Sent via our built-in LC Email infrastructure at $0.675 USD per 1,000 emails. Your first 10,000 per month are included.
AI Conversation (chat) Token-based pricing depending on message length and AI model. Typically $0.002 to $0.15 USD per conversation.
Voice AI (phone calls) $0.06 USD per minute for AI-handled calls, plus standard call rates.
Content AI AI-generated copy for emails, blogs, social posts and more. Billed pay-per-use when monthly usage limits are exceeded.
Reviews AI Automated AI responses to Google and Facebook reviews. Billed pay-per-use.
Workflow premium actions Advanced workflow steps including AI actions and premium integrations, billed per execution.

All usage costs are billed in USD and deducted from your Multiplier CRM wallet balance. We recommend keeping a minimum balance to avoid service interruptions. Credits do not roll over month to month.
