Read the Multiplier CRM Terms of Use. Understand your rights, responsibilities and our policies for using the platform.

Welcome to Multiplier CRM, by Multiplier Group Pty Ltd. This Terms of Service (TOS) outlines the governing principles of your interaction with the Multiplier CRM website, its diverse products, and materials.

Section 1: Introduction and Overview of Services

Multiplier CRM, provided by Multiplier Group Pty Ltd, offers licenced access to an All-In-One marketing and business management software designed to streamline and enhance the efficiency of business operations. The platform includes the following features and functionalities:

  • Contact Management (CRM) with SmartLists, lead scoring and segmentation
  • Communication Tools: two-way SMS, email, outbound calling, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and Google Business Messages
  • AI Employee: Conversation AI, Voice AI (AI-powered phone calls), AI Booking Bot, Reviews AI, and Content AI
  • Unified Conversation Inbox: centralised multi-channel messaging and team collaboration
  • Missed Call Text Back: automatic SMS follow-up when an inbound call is missed
  • Websites, Landing Pages and Funnel Builder: drag-and-drop builder with AI generation
  • Blog Builder: full blog platform with SEO fields and AI writing tools
  • Email Marketing: campaign builder, automation sequences, and LC Email sending infrastructure
  • Social Media Management: scheduling, publishing and analytics across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile and more
  • Workflows and Automation: visual workflow builder with AI-assisted automation
  • Sales Pipeline Management: visual pipeline, automation and reporting
  • Calendar and Appointments: online booking, round-robin scheduling, group bookings, and AI Booking Bot
  • Payments: invoices, orders, subscriptions, products, coupons and payment processing
  • Documents and Contracts: proposals, e-signatures and document management
  • Courses, Communities and Memberships: course creator, community platform, membership tiers and certificates
  • Client Portal: branded self-serve portal for client access to invoices, documents, courses and communications
  • Reporting and Analytics: marketing, sales, ad performance and team reporting dashboards
  • Reviews and Reputation Management: automated review requests, AI review responses and Google Q&A management
  • Mobile App: iOS and Android app for managing conversations, pipeline, calendar and contacts on the go
  • Form Builder and Survey Builder: lead capture and customer feedback tools
  • Tracking and Recording: call tracking, call recording and transcription The Multiplier CRM software is provided “AS-IS.” Multiplier Group Pty Ltd does not assume responsibility for any delays, failures, or issues in the delivery or storage of user communications or personalised settings.

Section 2: Modifications to Terms and Services

Multiplier Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications are effective immediately upon posting on the Multiplier CRM website. Continued use of Multiplier CRM following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or features at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that your hardware and software are compatible with any new or modified features.

Section 3: Registration and User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your account information confidential. Notify us immediately at billing@multiplier.io if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree to use Multiplier CRM only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include hacking, data scraping, unauthorised data transmission, or the creation of counterfeit software.

Section 4: Authorisation Charges and User Content Guidelines

An authorisation charge is made upon purchasing our product to verify the validity of the card. This charge is immediately refunded. The transaction might take 2-4 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Interactive Areas are intended for users aged 13 years and older. By submitting User Content, you grant Multiplier CRM a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and distribute your content in any form.

Section 5: User Conduct and Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Websites is protected by intellectual property laws and owned by or licenced to Multiplier Group Pty Ltd. You must not use any part of the Websites for commercial purposes without our prior consent.

Section 6: Outbound Marketing Costs and Complimentary Credits

Additional costs apply to specific outbound marketing services including phone calls, text messages (SMS), emails, and AI usage. Multiplier CRM provides monthly complimentary credits for SMS, emails, and phone calls. Credits do not roll over to subsequent months. Users must maintain a minimum wallet balance as specified by Multiplier CRM.

Section 7: Account Termination, Data Retention, and Refund Policy

To terminate your account, send an email to billing@multiplier.io. All data associated with your account will be irreversibly deleted upon termination. Unused features or credits are non-refundable.

Multiplier CRM reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service or illegal activities.

Section 8: User Agreement and Payment Terms

You are required to keep an authorised payment method on file for all applicable fees. Multiplier CRM reserves the right to change its pricing and payment terms at any time. Continued use of Multiplier CRM after changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.

Hardship Extension Policy: Users facing significant hardship can request a one-month extension of their subscription, provided they have been on the platform for a minimum of 6 months. This is a one-time courtesy.

Section 9: Jurisdiction and General Provisions

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in South Australia for any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement.

Section 10: Conclusion and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Multiplier CRM platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and any other relevant policies.

Section 11: Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Multiplier CRM platform and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. Multiplier CRM makes no warranty that the platform will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Multiplier CRM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. In no event will Multiplier CRM’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for accessing the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Multiplier CRM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
